Our room was ready before the check-in time and the staff allowed us to check-in earlier which was very convenient to us after a long travel on a rainy day. Perfect location with a metro station just across the other side of the road and 3 minutes walking distance from the train central station (Centrale FS). Elevator available. The room was spacious, with a great view over the train station and well equipped with the necessary amenities such as slippers, toothbrush kit, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer. Very good Wi-Fi connection. I would recommend Glam Milano hotel to anyone visiting Milan.

close to the station although signage difficult to see Great check in staff was very helpful modern interior, great rain shower and bath towels large enough for big guests..........rarely found during my 60 day trip

Great location for travel around by train, team & bus. Staff at the hotel were great, room very comfortable. Room doesn’t have things like tea/coffee, kettle, iron etc, however when we asked for these iambs they were delivered to the room with no issues at all. Also, great location for the amazing indoor food market at the train station. Definitely recommend the hotel and world stay again.

The architect and interior designer have made excellent use of the space - there is abundant storage for a room of its size, a generous bedroom and bathroom and a small area for working at a desk

From the moment we arrived, the warm hotel of the staff made us feel like relaxed and cozy. Special thanks to a nice staff (sorry for didn't ask her name)at reception, she upgrade our room free, and also the entire reception team to ensure every detail was perfect. Even though we just living one night. What truly sets this hotel apart is its commitment to creating unforgettable moments. The private top-terrace could see the whole view of the Central Station.

- Big bathroom and an amazing rain shower. - We were upgraded to a room with a view - we had a view on the main train station and it was very beautiful - The rooms seem to have ok noise-isolation. We didn't hear much from the streets below.
